Cancellation(/Revocation) Policy

1. Right to Cancel(/Revoke)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 1 hour without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 1 hour from the point on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us Caviar du Palais of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

4. The Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

5. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Right of Retention

Due to the perishability of our products, we do not grant any right of withdrawal or return.

We handle your order with the utmost care. If you have a complaint about our products despite our attention, the enquiries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

In any case, the buyer undertakes to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure that they are in good condition. Any complaints regarding the quality and integrity of the goods must be made to Caviar du Palais immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, otherwise the delivery will be considered accepted. Any complaint must be accompanied by a photograph of the product and the return label and sent by e-mail.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 2 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 2 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
